FABRICATION DOSSIER
From standard requirements to one-off site conditions, AAMCO’s fabrication scope is designed around accurate dimensions, material compatibility and dependable installation.
Technical submittals, consultant approvals and site schedules are considered from the start.
Drainage, pressure & duct
AAMCO fabricates pressure, underground and above-ground drainage, and duct fittings. The profile includes grease traps, sand traps, catch basins, dry manholes, long-radius bends, puddle flanges, end caps and tank connectors.
Connection & repair
uPVC bell ends are available for PN6, PN10 and PN16 pressure ratings. Double-side bell ends, customised socket lengths, register couplings and repair couplings can be made to customer measurements.
Water management
AAMCO modifies compatible uPVC and HDPE pipe by adding project-specified perforations or slots for subsoil drainage, dewatering, rainwater collection, irrigation and filtration.
Site joining & structures
HDPE scope includes customised fittings from 20 mm and above, supported by butt-fusion, electrofusion and drainage-welding services. Metal and GRP fabrication extend the solution to structural and corrosion-resistant applications.

AAMCO performs custom perforation and slotting on compatible uPVC and HDPE pipe for subsoil drainage, dewatering, rainwater collection, irrigation and filtration applications.
Pipe material, size and class are supplied as project inputs; AAMCO’s scope is the specified modification, end treatment and related fitting fabrication.

AAMCO uPVC grease traps combine sealed joints, removable bolted lids and corrosion-resistant construction for dependable drainage control and straightforward cleaning.
Types A to D cover standard inlet and outlet sizes from 2 in / 56 mm to 4 in / 110 mm, with custom sizes available for project requirements.
